We have a close association with Cumberland Sub-District Primary School Sport cluster. Our sport selection trials are against the following schools that make-up the Cumberland Sub-District.
They include: Slade Point State School; Andergrove State School; Beaconsfield State School; Mackillop Catholic Primary School; Pioneer State High School; Eimeo Road State School; St Brendan's Catholic Primary School; Carlisle Christian College; Northern Beaches State High School and Bucasia State School.

Slade Point State School also competes in the Mackay Eisteddfod competition in choral singing and instrumental strings section. Some forms can be located under the extra-curricular tab as well.
Slade Point School also has a long tradition of producing very artistic students and we have always provided camps and excursions to compliment our curriculum programs.
