QParents is a user-friendly portal accessible via app or web browser, providing parents with secure online access to information about their child's state schooling.
QParents allows you to access and manage information online about your child.
You can access information about:
- attendance details and absences
- timetables and upcoming events
- report cards and assessments
- invoices and payment history
We encourage all our parent / carers to register to QParents at their earliest convienience. We especially advise parent /carers of our Year 6 cohort to register before their students starts high school, as QParents is the main source of communication in high school.
When registering your QParents account for the first time, please use a computer, not a mobile/tablet device. You will only be able to upload proof of identity documents using a web-browser. After registering, you are free to use mobile app.
Should you require your student's EQ ID number (10 digits & 1 letter) to complete your registration. You can find it on
your child’s student ID card (the numbers under
the barcode), report cards, or school invoices,
among other documents. If you are unable to find it, please do not hesitate to see the ladies in the school office.
